I am offering all of my services remotely now. This allows us to continue to deepen our connection with our health, wellness, and peace of mind as we collectively adapt to new ways of gathering. I have converted my entire business to a remote platform via Zoom video and am available for private sessions as well as my signature group classes. All are welcome; the ‘door’ is open. You are not alone and I am here to provide whatever support, guidance, recommendations, referrals, or space you need to keep your body strong, healthy, calm and connected to community.
