Please see schedule below for group classes. I have converted my entire business to a remote platform via Zoom video and am available for private sessions as well. At this time all of my services are donation based. All are welcome; the ‘door’ is open. You are not alone and I am here to provide whatever support, guidance, recommendations, referrals, or space you need to keep your body strong, healthy, calm and connected to community.
