The Dove Experience

This class will blend my two loves of movement and mindfulness. You will enjoy my Signature workout followed by a nurturing stretch and meditation. This workout is great for beginners to the most advanced athlete.

The Dove Experience…jump rope, lunges, push ups, step ups, squats, free weights, floor work, treadmill, bike, elliptical, BOSU disc balance training, resistance bands, core training, kick boxing, interval training, flow yoga, gentle stretching, Mindful Movement, breath work, meditation & so much more.

$30 per person.
All levels welcome. Reservations required.
