Thanksgiving Yoga

This is a wonderful way to start our Thanksgiving week by being in our body consciously and practicing self care. I am so happy to be standing in for one of my favorite yoga instructors, the lovely Sharon Kay, at In Yoga Center. These classes will restore your body and spirit to its natural state of peace and harmony. It will be a very gentle and nurturing experience, allowing you to stretch and enjoy some asanas while nourishing the body, mind and spirit. There is a restorative emphasis with lovely meditation threaded through the entire class. 

All levels are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary.
