This Sunday's Pop Up class will be an extra special celebration of 2 years at our new location in North Hollywood. I am looking forward to seeing you there. If you haven't RSVP'd yet you are welcome to join us, the more the merrier. Don't forget there is also a Pop Up class on Wednesday, December 19 at 6:30 pm and a gentle yoga at In Yoga Center on Thursday, December 20 at 4:00 pm. Otherwise I will celebrate with you when I see you! 

2012 also marks my 27th year in business and I want to pause and acknowledge that with you. Some of you have known me since then, and even before. I am so thankful for the long lasting friendships and business relationships that have formed. I consider myself blessed to be given the opportunity to teach and help people help themselves everyday. I am mindful of the fact that teaching is a gift given to me and I accept it humbly. I am who I am because of what I do and I do what I do because of who I am. Thank you for allowing me the honor to do what I love everyday.

Thank you for your continued support and love over the years. I am especially grateful for you being with me on my journey over the past 2 1/2 years where there has been so much change in my life; getting married, moving my Mother into our home, moving my business after 21 years at my beloved studio on Colfax, the sudden and traumatic loss of my Mother in 2011 and just last month the loss of my dear feline angel, Dorothy. I have learned so much and continue to grow and live in true Beginner's Mind every single day of my life.
