Afternoon yumminess in the sun? Vegan all the way baby! Arugula, sunflower seeds, hemp-seeds, fuji apple, olive oil, balsamic with a light and hearty black bean, chipotle, tostada on almond tortillas, avocado and almond cheese. SO delicious. Eat the rainbow!
