If you haven’t watched ‘What the Health’ and/or ‘Forks Over Knives’, please do. I love Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. Campbell; they are my heros.
I never preach about my personal lifestyle but I do encourage people to educate themselves, stay conscious and do their own research. I have been watching movies like this for years so it isn’t news to me, however as I evolve as a human being the information resonates differently with me. Especially since my husband’s experience with colon cancer this year. Everything makes perfect sense to me, I hope your lifestyle makes perfect sense to you as well.
I am receiving texts and emails on a daily basis from people who have chosen to become vegetarian, or vegan, and eat a plant based diet. It touches my heart to hear of people finding their way; in their own time, in their own way, on their own. If my life can be an example of that way, then it is an honor to walk beside you. I feel so blessed to be able to assist people in making the shift from an animal based diet to a plant based diet. If you find you need support please let me know.
One of my favorite chants is: lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu, which means “May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.” I try to live up to that on a daily basis.
Have a lovely evening everyone.
Love you.
