People often say to me, ‘How do you do it? How do you take such good care of yourself?’ My answer is always, ‘I don’t know how not to.’ Don’t think I am a complete purist. Thanks to a dear student who brought these delicious vegan doughnuts to my beloved husband, I have been enjoying little bites here and there; more here than there.
Afternoon yumminess in the sun? Vegan all the way baby! Arugula, sunflower seeds, hemp-seeds, fuji apple, olive oil, balsamic with a light and hearty black bean, chipotle, tostada on almond tortillas, avocado and almond cheese. SO delicious.
