Simple Chimichurri recipe

OMG! I just eat a bowl of this chimichurri. It is simply divine. 

I had a lot of herbs sprouting in my garden and often I don’t get to enjoy them because I love how they look so much I don’t want to cut them. silly, I know. I decided to though and I am OH so happy that I did. 


All organic of course

½ cup olive oil

1 cup finely chopped parsley

1 cup finely chopped cilantro

½ cup finely chopped basil

3 cloves of garlic, I use garlic press

2 tsp dried oregano or 1 Tbsp fresh and finely chopped

2 Tbsp white wine vinegar-I used champagne vinegar because it’s all that I had and I was worried ACV would be too prominent of a flavor

½ tsp salt

½ red pepper flakes

Make It Like So

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store overnight in the fridge to let the flavours mix.

Serve over everything!
