Many have expressed interest in the New Year Collective Cleanse so I thought I would get this email out to you sooner, rather than later so you can begin preparing mentally; and nutritionally. I am so grateful to be surrounded by such like minded individuals as I walk along my life path; thank you for joining me in all of my offerings.
I have been busy cultivating relationships with a few different juice companies in order to provide you with some options, and discounts. I have taken into consideration where everyone lives and some people who might prefer to pick up locally in New York and here in Los Angeles. I have also considered everyone’s financial situations and selected an array of pricing options. I have also partnered with three of them to be able to provide you with a discount on your cleanses. Some of the discount codes will be available through February so please use whenever you wish. And invite your friends and family to join in the fun. The only company that is not offering a discount is Erewhon. Lastly I have chosen these four because I feel I can conscientiously put my name behind these companies.
If you are lucky enough to have a local organic juice bar or other business that offers a cleanse/reset/detox program, please do support them. These options I am presenting you with are for those who might not have anything local to them. I encourage you to support small businesses that are close to you though. If you would like to send me their info to see if I approve, please do.
The most important factor for me is always 100% organic, GMO free and as local as one can get. The second most important component is glass bottled and not plastic. This is a harder one as many companies use plastic nowadays. The good news is the plastic they use is #1 PET and fully recyclable. As well as all the boxes and shipping materials often are. Two of these businesses offer glass bottles and two offer plastic bottles. All four of these businesses are fully sustainable, care deeply about the environment, are heavily involved in Giving Back programs within their communities and grow their produce locally; and wisely. If you know me at all, you know I do my research and I am very particular; because I care so much. :)
All cleanses are shipped nationally. (except Erewhon) Please place your orders in advance for timely delivery if you wish to start our cleanse together on January 4. You can choose any amount of days that you wish. I recommend at least a three day cleanse and four, five, six and seven days is fantastic! Do what is best for you. If it is your first time, start small. If you are an avid cleanser than do what you are in the mood for. If you have been ‘off your game’ for a bit due to the holidays, pandemic stress, etc. then perhaps do a longer cleanse and implement some plant based meals to ground you a bit during.
All cleanses can be supplemented with some plant based foods if you feel the need. Personal support is available if you would like to schedule a Health Coaching session with me before, during and/or after your cleanse. I have also attached a Pre/Post Cleanse Guidance Sheet that is from Dove & Owl. 🕊💛🦉

Cleanse #1
OWL VENICE on Abbott Kinney

(10% discount code will be automatically applied to your cart when you check out.)
I am including some information about this cleanse because it is not a juice cleanse and might not be for everybody.
Owl Venice is a fully Aruyyvedic cleanse and uses glass bottles. This one is for those that wish to take a deeper dive into detox and practice an Aruvyedic approach to healing the gut. This is not a juice cleanse, it is ‘mylkshakes’ and broth elixirs. They offer hemp seed mylkshakes and bone broth elixirs. There is a Vegan Reset option for those who prefer.
*Note, if you pick up locally in Venice, the ‘mylkshakes’ are pre made. If you have it shipped the ‘mylkshake’ comes as a powder and you add the vegetable/fruit and water and blend at home. The broth elixirs are pre-made.
**I put the word mylkshake in quotes because that is what they call it but it is far from a milkshake. :) I don’t want anyone to get their hopes up. It is good for you but alas does not taste like a milkshake. :) Think more of a hemp milk consistency. I recommend freezing some coconut water in ice cube trays and adding to it if you want more of a shake/smoothie consistency. Or simply use plain ice cubes.
The Owl Reset (Cleanse) consists of:
Three Mylkshakes:
1. Matcha Mylkshake**
Alkaline water, hemp hearts, plantains, cinnamon, *matcha green tea powder, spirulina, bentonite clay and a pinch of himalayan sea salt.
**I have customized a caffeine free cleanse for you all if you wish to join me. Simply contact them and let them know that you wish for the Dove Non-Matcha Mylkshake and they will make it without the green tea powder. They are a small business and are lovely people. They will work with you individually and help you customize your experience to your specific needs.
2. Golden Ginger
Alkaline water, hemp hearts, roasted kabocha squash, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, slippery elm, and a pinch of himalayan sea salt.
3. Bold Beet
Alkaline water, hemp hearts, beets, ginger, turmeric, triphala powder, beet powder, and a pinch of himalayan sea salt.
Broth Elixirs
You choose from these five or what they have available at the time but the vegan option is always available.
Beef, Turkey, Chicken, Bison, Vegan Mineral
