Noble Silence

I chose Noble Silence as our focus for the month of August.

For the first week we will practice silence in one of two ways; or both.

A period of deep silence is entered into from the end of the evening meal until after breakfast the next morning, every day for one week.

And/or you may choose one day and observe silence for a full 24 hours.

This isn’t about perfection.
It is a practice.

I happen to work 7 days a week so I cannot observe a full day of silence but I can drop into silence once my duties are done.

I have been practicing this for quite some time now and truly enjoy it. I find great expansive results. I look forward to hearing how this is for you.

Please let me know if you have any questions. You may message me privately or email. I am here to guide, and support you.

Silence is sometimes more significant and sublime than the most noble and most expressive eloquence, and is on many occasions the indication of a great mind. ~Joseph Addison
