I am going to keep February’s theme very simple. 🎶Shower the people you love with love.🎶 That’s it. Simple, right?

My offering to you is this, write a letter to everyone in your life that really matters to you and tell them what they mean to you. Don’t assume people know; instead be generous with your words and tell them what it is about their presence in your life that brings you joy, peace, healing, love.

Actually putting pen to paper is what makes it extra special. Who doesn’t love mail? :) If you don’t have their address, ask them for it. No emails, no texts, no voicemails; take the time to gift them something they can cherish, hold on to and look at in the years to come.

Have fun, get creative, buy fancy stationary or find some vintage Valentine’s to spoil your loved ones with. If being expressive isn’t your thing, do it anyways; stretch and grow in new ways. If you’re too busy, do it anyways because they matter so much to you. If you don’t have money to buy cards, Valentine’s, or fancy stationary, use what you have and simply pour your heart out on the paper. Trust me, it will be perfect whatever you do.

Allow this not only to be a gift for others to receive but a gift for yourself to use your words, express your heart and dedicate some time in spreading love and showering the people you love with love. The vibrational frequency you will resonate in whilst doing this practice will make you feel good, guaranteed. What’s better than that, right? Isn’t it all we really need in the world? More love? Yes, let’s do that. More Love, more, more, more!
